Managing Director
Elanggovan R. has more than 20 years of experience as a specialist in the worldwide oil and gas industry. He empowers VPPLE with his expertise and deep networks having worked with prestigious oil companies such as Palocarran Marine Cargo, Azersun Holding, Chemoil-ITC Pte Ltd, Vitol Asia Pte Ltd, and KI Energy Pte Ltd. Elanggovan R. has been a Quality and Quantity Inspector, Personal Advisor for corporate leaders, and a Supplier Vendor in delivering petroleum products to major oil players in the world. He has a broad range of knowledge and proficiency in various aspects of the petroleum industry, including inspection, business development, procurement and supply.
As a Master Blender, Elanggovan R. is responsible for producing customized blends of petroleum products that meet specific customer requirements. He has a deep understanding of the physical and chemical properties of petroleum products and market demand and supply, which VPPLE uses to optimize the quality, cost, and yield of the blends it creates.
